learn & love: don’t hate it, be motivated

Have you been noticing people around you doing good and living well? Do you find yourself being a tad bit jealous of their success? Well there is one of two ways of dealing with it — being bitter or being motivated. We should always be happy for others who are doing well for our energy is really one so the uplift of one is the uplift of all. However, if you do not wish to get into the metaphysics of it all, there are some practical reasons why it is better to appreciate it and be motivated then to stand around and hate it.

To put it simply, motivation places the responsibility on you. In order to be motivated, you must be willing to admit that you decide the path of your life. This provides a basis to take control of your own life and your own happiness, giving you the platform to build confidence within and love in yourself. In contrast, if you wait around for someone else to validate you and your worth, then you will be filled with envy because you will be waiting forever.

See, whenever someone is talking down about another person, it is most likely due to their own insecurities and flaws. We typically try to cover up our own fallacies by highlighting those around us. Judgment acts as a distraction to inner issues. It is easy to point the finger and say it is so and so fault that I am not successful or I am not happy or I am not at peace with my life. However, most people do not state it as such. They try to mask this truth through trickery of words but those of us who are wise will always know the truth behind the masked judgments.

So don’t hate others’ success, realize that your potential can be maximize through motivation and appreciation!

Motivation is a very powerful tool. When motivated one can accomplish many things, the impossible seems possible and long roads have short endings. Motivation makes your life overall worth living.
